The Dunes is an exclusive gated development of luxury residences in North Naples. Located off Vanderbilt Drive, the property has several high-rise condominiums and lakefront coach homes. There are two on-site clubhouses.  The Plantation Club is owned and operated by residents, with social or tennis memberships available by referral. Amenities include the resort-style lagoon pool, lighted tennis courts, a tennis pro shop and a state of the art fitness center.  Residents of the Grande Preserve Tower may join The Floridian, a private beach club offering food and drink service, cabanas and private beach access.
